Everyone Says I Love You

Hello Moviemainers, 

The film for the month of August in the 1996 Woody Allen film called Everyone Says I Love You.  This is a romantic musical comedy, very funny, and I cannot believe it has been almost 30 years since it was made.  I won't give too much away and just say a family a little on the dysfunctional side breaks into songs and a lot of funny moments.  

It is summer, so have some fun and enjoy the film.

Little Miss Sunshine

Hello Moviemainers, 

The film for the month of July is Little Miss Sunshine from 2006.  This is one funny film and I am thinking this is the time of year to sit back, relax and have a good laugh.  The film stars Greg Kinear, Toni Collette, Steve Carell, Alan Arkin and Paul Dano.  Paul Dano was in school with my daughter (just a tidbit).  The film tells the story of a very dysfunctional family who do come together to help the daughter attend a pageant, and what happens to them along the way.  

I hope you enjoy the film; very funny with Alan Arkin in one of his last films.
